Hailed as "the new king of Indian classical violin" (The Times of India), Ambi Subramaniam has been trained from his father and guru Dr. L. Subramaniam from the age of three and gave his first performance at the age of seven. Along with his sister Bindu Subramaniam, Ambi runs SaPa - the Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts - which teaches music to over 30,000 children in India
