===========================================
The legendary A. R. Rahman song Pettai Rap from 90s is given a modern makeover. Who but Mahesh Raghvan to cook up such a crazy Carnatic 2.0 concoction, with his GeoShred fillers and interludes!
The rap and vocals by the madman (or Bigly talented!) Geetesh Iyer, who's been causing a tectonic movement in the West Coast of USofA with his singing.
On violin and additional vocals, we have the incredible Shravan Sridhar, and on Mridangam and Konnakol, we have the amazing Akshay Ananthpadmanabhan.
Of course we must give the full credits to the Original song, sung by Suresh Peters, Theni Kunjarammal, Shahul Hameed, from the film Kadhalan (1994), written by Shankar, and music by A. R. Rahman.
Come and enjoy the world premiere of the wacky music video and Behind the music story of the unique cover version. This is going to be an interactive session, and is going to be simultaneously broadcast on YouTube and Facebook.
