Armed with a degree in Sangeet Alankar and an M.A. in Music, he honed his craft under the tutelage of Guru Pandit Shantaram Chigari in Latur, Maharashtra. Renowned for his Classical and Semi-classical Vocal prowess, Shri Angad has graced stages nationwide, captivating audiences in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Delhi. A versatile artist, he is equally adept as a vocalist and a skilled Harmonium accompanist. His collaborative spirit shines through in performances with maestros like Ustad Arshad Ali, Dr Vikas Kashalkar, Pandit Jitendra Abhisheki, and Vidushi Shashwati Mandal. Additionally, he has lent his melodic expertise in Lehra accompaniment with esteemed Tabla players including Pt Anindo Chatterjee, Pt Raghunath Nakod, and Pt Arvind Kumar Azhad. As a father and Guru, Shri Angad has nurtured two exceptional performers, his daughters Nandini and Anjali Gaikwad.
